First photos, March 26, 1960 (above). A young engineer and pilot, Bob Kibby, had three passions -- airplanes, cars, and his wife, Mildred. In June of 1959 they ordered their first new car together -- this Porsche 356 B 1600 Super in "ruby red" with tan interior from a dealer in Cincinnati, Ohio. They took delivery in March of 1960, and it's been in their family ever since. This car has a refreshing and original ownership story, has been expertly maintained as wearable parts needed to be replaced, and is now being made available for the first time to a 2nd owner.

A special part of the Kibby family story for over 60 years, this 356 B 1600 Super's odometer reads 94,441 original miles. The car is highly original with matching numbers, all service records dating back to 1960, and a hearty whip in excellent running condition. Chassis Number: 110763 | Engine Number: 85976. The only modifications to this car are the front brakes, originally drums, which have been replaced with discs for improved braking, and a drivers side view mirror was added. The upholstery was refreshed by a Porsche upholsterer in 2002, using original colors and materials, and the car was freshly painted in its original color in the early 90's.
